14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the initial purchase of any paid plan (Pro Monthly, Pro Yearly, or Lifetime). If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the email address used for the purchase. Please include your order ID or license key. We will process the refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and merchant of record.
Subscription renewals
Subscription renewal charges (the second and subsequent monthly or annual charges on a Pro subscription) are not refundable. To avoid being charged at the next billing cycle, cancel your subscription before the renewal date through the customer portal link in your purchase confirmation email. Your subscription remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Lifetime purchases
Lifetime licenses are subject to the same 14-day money-back guarantee as subscription purchases. After 14 days, Lifetime purchases are non-refundable.
Exclusions
Refunds may be denied where there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: repeated refund requests for the same product, circumvention of activation limits, or violation of our Terms of Service.
Payment processing
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record for the transaction. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer or bank.
