Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Demosaiq website (demosaiq.com) and Windows desktop application ("the App"), operated by [BUSINESS_NAME], a sole proprietorship registered in South Korea (Business Registration Number: [BRN]) ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

License grant

Subject to these Terms and your active subscription or Lifetime license, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the App on devices owned or controlled by you, up to the activation limit of your plan (currently one device per license). The license is for personal use only.

Pricing tiers

• Free — limited to 3 videos per day, 5 minutes per video, software encoding only.
• Pro — $9.99/month or $99/year subscription with unlimited videos and length, hardware-accelerated encoding, and manual device/precision control.
• Lifetime — one-time payment of $299 with all Pro features and updates within the v1.x major version series.

Subscription billing

Pro subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the customer portal link sent in your purchase confirmation; your subscription remains active until the end of the period for which you have already paid. Renewal charges are processed by our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Process content you do not have the legal right to process under applicable copyright, privacy, or other laws.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App except where such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the App or your license keys.
• Circumvent any license validation, activation limit, or tier-based restriction in the App.

You are solely responsible for the content you process with the App and for ensuring you have the necessary rights to that content.

Intellectual property

The App, its source code, models, branding, and all related materials are owned by us or our licensors. The underlying restoration model is based on Lada (open source). All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund policy described in our Refund Policy.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee any particular quality of restoration result for any input, nor that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction require otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
